CAROL D. JACKSON was born on July 15, 1960, in Plainwell, Michigan, and received a BS degree in Business from the University of Idaho in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in Business. She graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law (J.D. 1983) and held office in Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity. She is admitted to practice before all state courts in Ohio, Texas, and Indiana; United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas and the Northern District of Indiana. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Lake County Bar Association. She is involved in general practice.
